The rules are pretty simple for joining:

1. Be a fan of Kurogane. This is an obvious one.

2. You don't have to have a webpage to join the fan listing, but if you DO have a site, you MUST place a code somewhere on your page that makes sense. Affiliates, rings, index, what have you. It must be there or I will delete your listing.

3. If you do not own a webpage, please leave the text box asking for it blank. No http://thissiteiscool!.com or anything like that. If I see that, again, you are deleted!

4. Your e-mail must be valid. Again, it's pretty dumb to even sign this if you don't want let other Kuro fans contact you.

5. Please only sign-up once. It's enough. Trust me.

6. Do not harass other members of the listing. It's common courtesy. Those who are caught breaking this rule will suffer SERVERLY.

7. DO NOT SIGN IN ALL CAPS or AnYtHiNg LiKe ThIs. Man, it is annoying.

8. Do not direct link to the banners. Save them on your own server. They aren't that big of pictures, I promise.
